2020 without COVID and BLM, good economy

No pandemic or COVID was a localised outbreak in Wuhan or China crushed and killed it before it began spreading and the economy was good as in 2019. Of course the George Floyd murder and BLM movement would've been butterflied.

How would the election panned out? 4 years ago feels like yesterday
