WI: The World looked like this

You can ignore the names (though having a continent called “Hyperborea” is based). Let’s assume that in spite of this human evolution and the makeup of species is the same.

Assuming the continents had emerged in a way where there is a near reverse situation of OTL as far as land and sea goes, how would the world look like? Where would the first cradles of civilization be? How would colonization look like?
 
Putting the ASB stuff aside, I'm sure plenty of people will have a lot to say about that after me, it's pretty impossible to figure out what things would look like in human history without any knowledge of what the terrain of the land would look like, or say where exactly you want human life to start.
