All these years later and I'm still amused I managed to actually find a legitimate use for the 'Old English' font.

Sure, maps of borders are cool and all, but they don't match to the sheer, raw sexuality of a transport map.
One of my favourites I once saw combined those two, it was a London Tube map but fitted the borders of the boroughs on it (I think because it wanted to show a connection between tube stops and school authorities or something) and you can see how satisfyingly distorted they are like on a cartogram.Sure, maps of borders are cool and all, but they don't match to the sheer, raw sexuality of a transport map.
