Just an interesting thought. I feel like partnerships between cartoon companies and comics companies like National, Charlton, Fawcett, Timely, All American, and MLJ should become a thing come World War 2 era.

In that case you should've mentioned it then, because none of the other posts here indicated that it was meant to exclusively be one. The third post here had to do with the inventor of penicillin, and the second one was a political POD.
