As Youngmarshall says, the N'Oublions Jamais collection that Thande edited does dig up a lot of potential PODs even for the Western front (the appearance of Ned bloody Kelly stands out!). That does suggest a lot more could be done with WW2 as well.

But, of course:

interesting to nerds like us but most people aren't.

The average bod has only so AH takes they're going to 'get' and a few specific ones clearly attract a lot of attention. (The good thing with SLP is our biggest demographic is those very nerds, so we get to see takes a mainstream publisher wouldn't touch)
