WI: Napoleon crushed in Russia?

Venocara

God Save the King.

The French invasion of Russia is largely cited as a disaster that marked the beginning of the end for Napoleon. However, it was largely disease and the Russian weather that decimated Napoleon's forces as opposed to military defeat, would not be until the Battle of Leipzig in 1813 and the Invasion of France in 1814 that Napoleon was truly defeated, at least for the first time. However, at the Battle of Krasnoi in November 1812, General Kutuzov had the chance to destroy what remained of the Napoleon's army, who could have found himself captured or killed, but Kutuzov let his caution get the better of him. So my question is: what would have happened if Napoleon had been crushed at Krasnoi?
