The Making of a Division

Pleasantly surprised when I read this article. I was expecting something about not just needing (fighting) soldiers but also logistics (the old saw about amateurs talking tactics and professionals talking logistics). Reading about the need to expand from cadre to full strength and the (immense amount of) training required was great and very, very true.
