The Alternate Lavender Island: Jonathan Edelstein

Very interesting interview, thought-provoking in some good ways.
I agree with @SenatorChickpea that his current project is very, very good - I've been following it since the start and have learned a lot from it (not least, I've learned how much I don't know). The Speech that God Understands is also excellent and happens to be the first story by him which I read - after which I started watching out for more...

My problem* with these interviews it they give me far too many great things to read before the next batch comes along.

*when I said problem, I meant a matter that requires attention and resolution

no, not that

Seeing some great books which have appeared in other Lavender Island articles, I wondered if at some stage we might see a 'top 5' of those books most mentioned in this feature, maybe with sub-sets for the SLP and non-SLP ones named?

There's not yet enough numbers to get a meaningful list - there have been 20 interviews, giving a total of 100 books. At a first glance, there's over 50 different books involved, and no book has more than 3 picks.
