Sudan divided between Egypt and Uganda

What if at the Juba Conference of 1947, Anglo-Egyptian Sudan had been divided between Egypt and Uganda? Egypt with Sudan would be even more dominant in the Arab world. How would it affect the Arab Cold War? Meanwhile, South Sudan would be an extension of Acholiland, the Nilotic northern region of Uganda, which is less populated and poorer but provided all Ugandan leaders before Museveni.

Was such a division proposed by anybody with influence? Was there any indication it could have been considered?

What will happen of the Northern-Southern Sudanese divide? Will the country be rougly divided between the border of OTL Sudan and South Sudan?

Or how much will the inclusion of South Sudanese territory affect Uganda's military ventures into the Congo?

I think it would be the same border as that between Sudan and South Sudan, yes. It's not clear to me whether Uganda would ever have supported insurgents in Congo if it wasn't for their proxy war with Sudan.
