Don't know if this is just me but the button in the top right to the left of the Messages one seems to have disappeared for me the last couple of days.
 
You mean the invisible one that lets you edit your account? That’s still there for me.

Edit: though I think it’s positioned slightly higher than it used to be

This is correct - we haven’t updated the site so I don’t know why.
