I like number 3 more than any of the others. It architecturally bellows "I'm in charge here". It was going to built by slaves, anyway.
Hart's plan could also double as a shishi boutique hotel.
Jefferson's plan just looks like a glorified ice cream parlour.

#2 is the only one that doesn't suck imo, the boxy colonial shape feels more American than the others. Fix the weird double decker portico on the front and it'd be better than OTL's.

#1 Dodgy church where the pastor flies a private jet because that's what God wants.
#2 Too tall. Feels very unbalanced.
#3 Too fussy. Very cluttered roofline.
#4 Meh. Mediocre state capitol/ courthouse. Alright, but nothing special.

In some ways it is always comforting when an OTL course of action seems straightforwardly to be the best.I can see why they went with the OTL design right away.
