Unfortunately not. 'Kick' functionality is actually quite rare and can be paid for but not enabled by default as a XenForo feature. With the increased expense of the forum this year I've not looked into getting a plugin for it, but a peruse now shows it's still quite specialised on XenForo at least.

I will keep digging.
