I have come across an article from outside UK referring to a story D Noticed in Britain. The topic relates directly to a matter being discussed on the platform. I'm unclear if it's appropriate to post, given the D Notice.
 
The source is not one that I would consider reliable, although it references stories from mainstream newspapers and tabloids.
