I’m pretty sure she wouldn’t legally be able to be VP and cabinet secretary at the same time, although if you have a source to the contrary then by all means show me

there was a considerable amount of debate and speculation about this concept, as before the whole Snake thing Sanders' camp and Bernie himself were actively doing research into wether or not it would be viable. from what i remember reading at the time, while there is little legal precedent for it there is even less legal precedent to prevent it outside of the enactment of new Federal legislation.
