How plausible is it for Paul von Lettow-Vorbeck (also known as the “Lion of Africa”) to become Chancellor or even President of Germany at some point after WW1? If plausible, is it more likely to happen as the result of a successful Kapp putsch or due to a legitimate electoral victory? In power, what sort of policies is he likely to champion?
