AH challenge: other invasive species

Taken back control yet?

OTL is full of instances of humans deliberately or unwittingly introducing plant and animal species in ecosystems where they weren't originally present. Sometimes the results are ecologically catastrophic as said species, lacking natural predators, proliferate out of control. Sometimes they carve a niche for themselves without too much disruption to the local fauna and flora, such as dromedary camels in Australia. In my neck of the woods, one now comes across ring-necked parakeets, descended from a cargo of exotic birds that broke free while awaiting delivery at Orly airport and are now competing with native sparrows.

There's already a TL focused specifically on the introduction of a new species, the excellent Bearfish. And as it turns out, hippopotamuses being introduced to the Americas and going feral has happened in OTL, when the denizens of Pablo Escobar's private zoo escaped into the wild and became a local nuisance. So what other instances might happen of unlikely species being transplanted far from their native habitat by design or accident?
