    It's been a busy few weeks, but I am now officially a homeowner, and indebted to the bank for the rest of my professional life.

    Pretty much. For the last 7 years I'd been living in rent-free flats provided by my administration as a professional perk, but I could no longer deal with the job itself. So I figured, why not take the jump into homeownership. Besides, in this neighborhood real estate prices are on a steady upward trend, so worst case scenario, I can always sell at a profit.

    Bon sang, je viens de voir que Japhy s'est fait virer de AH.com en janvier. Par ailleurs je le trouve franchement pénible, agressif et désagréable. Bref, c'est un trou du cul, comme Ian et Calbear.

    Pour ma part, j'ai trouvé un VPN gratuit (Windscribe), créé un nouveau compte, et je me marres. Quelle bande d"hypocrites ! Windscribe est génial, il permet de faire tourner ton adresse I.P a travers le monde.

    C'est loin d'être le pire. Earling, par exemple, est un mange-merde comme on en fait peu. Après des années passées sur AH.com à expliquer doctement que seule les élites devraient avoir le droit de vote car le peuple est un ramassis de fainéants, le voilà depuis le référendum sur le Brexit à se draper dans la sacro-sainte souveraineté populaire. Et récemment il osait citer la menace d'un super-état européen.
