Surviving July Monarchy

I think it wouldn't be too unlikely for it to survive until Louise-Philippe's death, but then it'd be like the Lib Dems trying to hand on a seat to a new candidate - too much of it was invested in the individual rather than the system, and it'd be too fragile (especially) if revolutionary economic conditions coincided with the succession.

Prince Ferdinand Philippe was more popular than his increasingly conservative father. Some argue his early death doomed the July Monarchy.
