Russia swaps Poland for Galicia-Bukovina?

Bismarck's diary apparently mentioned that the Tsar was sufficiently flustered by the January Uprising of 1863 that he contemplated giving Poland to Austria. What the Russia and Austria swapped territory? Austria would cede Galicia east of Lemberg/Lviv/Lvov and Bukovina to Russia, and Russia would cede Poland (sans Marijampolė) to Austria. I don't think Austria would be willing to surrender Lviv to Russia. Without the easternmost portion of Galicia, there would not be much point to retaining Bukovina though. Austria originally took Bukovina in order to have a connection to East Galicia.
