Counterfactual WWII Allied Speeches

I'm currently assembling a mod for Hearts of Iron that builds upon the "Allied Speeches DLC", to broadcast speeches for alternate scenarios. These include Churchill if the Nazis actually land on the beaches, Halifax's peace, Truman announcing a landing on the Japanese mainland, etc. I'll use an AI or impersonator to read them.

Before I get bogged down writing them myself, does anyone know of any good alternative speeches from any of the thousands of quality AH published scenarios that I could perhaps use or adapt? Thanks!
