How long does it normally take to get a story reviewed?

(Not sure if this is the right forum for this kind of thread, but just in case...)

In January, I emailed a story to Sealion Press called The More Things Stay The Same and I haven't received a response. I sent a follow-up email in March and that hasn't gotten a response yet either.

I would like to know how long does it take to get a story reviewed by Sealion Press for publishing and if there is a notification for a story being rejected for whatever reason.
