Blackentheborg's city council archive filing cabinet

RIP Lee, he was probably one of the country's most effective legislators, even if the DSA cut all ties with him for being a dogshit boss apparently lmao

but hey now Virginia has Nadarius Clark's career as a legislator to look forward

I think it's a little funny that more people voted for Justin Fairfax than they did for Carter

to give Carter a nesecary amount of credit, he was working with a poultry 100,000$, had only a few months to campaign as a small-town State Delegate from a less populated part of the state, and also handicapped himself by deliberately not engaging in many of the same dangerous in-person voter mobilization tactics that exposed people to Covid that other candidates did

but still come on man

@theev's doing Bernie cabinets so I'm gonna hop on this train

The way I see it, Sanders' gonna have to make some monumental concessions if he wants the establishment to at least pretend to tolerate him. Kamala would still get veep, Pete would probably love to get State (it gets him as far away from South Bend as possible). Su and Chopra instead of Reich or Stiglitz would be a necessary sacrifice when you have to give your old mate Warren the prime cut that is Treasury.

Also, Amy is mean, so we could probably put her at the UN to put all her yelling to some use.
