Airships: Part Three - Civilian Airships

One area not mentioned directly (as far as I could see) is transporting equipment and people to disaster zones.

I knew someone who worked for Electriciens sans Frontieres (like Medicins, but providing power supplies for emergency situations), and he always said that the hard part was getting kit to places when the infrastructure was a mess.
Oh, excellent one. Links in with the "no infrastructure" sites and the rescue airlifts roles.
