WI: Dewey wins in 1948

IOTL everyone expected that Thomas Dewey would win the election. Let's suppose that he does win. How will his presidency go? How will he do in the foreign affairs? Will his term be as bad as Truman's second term, which, IOTL, led to a GOP landslide in 1952? Remember, this is at the beginning of the Cold War, so will he do anything which could change how the Cold War plays out?

I think his foreign policy would be similar to Eisenhower, since IIRC he wanted to seat a Dulles Brother on at Secstate, maybe Korea is butterflied away into US backing of the UK in the early part of the abadan crisis. Maybe i guess.

-No Earl Warren on SCOTUS since he'd be Dewey's VP.
-Dewey likely loses in 1952 to some Democrat. Not sure whom. Maybe Adlai Stevenson II? Maybe Averell Harriman? Heck, maybe even Truman again or someone else?
