Ottomans win the 1877-78 war

One of the biggest points of divergence of the late 19th century is an Ottoman victory over Russia in the 1877-78 war, which almost happened. The Ottomans would have kept Bulgaria and Bosnia. The First Constitutional Era would have continued. The Ottomans would not have gained a reputation as the sick man of Europe. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Good q-I think some of the genocides are harder to avert at this junction but if the constitutional era stabilizes there's more room for this to work out ok and for elites to formulate a way to incorporate non-muslims into the polity (for lack of a better word)

Does the Constitutional Era avert revolts by securing imperial representation for subject peoples is to me the big question-either faster Turkish chavunism or ethnic politics being mediated successfully through parliamentary politics are possible (or both)?
