Currently out for pre-ordering via Kickstarter, the first issue of Malefaction Magazine (themed around the "femme fatale" archetype and making them the protagonists):

we publish short fiction and poetry in any genre, so long as it follows our Golden Rule: every piece must feature a crime, or be related to crime in some way.

Our aim is to showcase the unlimited potential of crime fiction beyond the genre’s established tropes, as well as inviting writers and readers to explore the universality of crime and deviance as plot drivers.

which I can confirm will definitely have at least one alternate history story in it, because I've written it! "The Classless Woman" is set in a timeline where the creation of Britain's welfare state went Brave New World and the dreaded obscene femme fatale is [gasp] someone who just wants to go to different pubs

Wish I could afford to do so! An ebook version would have been nice
