That's very fresh. I'm terrified by the concept of No2Afrexit and wondering now whether Ireland's left or the federal model and Home Rule All Round means that they've eventually settled down.
I think Ireland probably leaves per OTL, in a violent anti-British revolution, and the Ulster Unionists are in the pan-Unionist party, whilst the nationalists are in the Anti-Federalists. No2Afrexit is a very nasty racist populist party organised around protecting the white minority in the African member states from the supposed tyranny of the African majority by forcing Commonwealth Africa to stay in or at least carve off a huge chunk of South Africa and Rhodesia.

Anti-Federalists are mainly an English/Scottish/Welsh/Quebecois joint production opposed to the Federation, whilst No2Africa is a mainly Australia-Afrikaaner ultra-Federalist movement chiefly opposed to letting non-white members of the Commonwealth taking over.

I'm going to assume India isn't a member, otherwise this ship would have sailed a long time ago.

Yeah, the Commonwealth is CANZUK + South Africa (which is gerrymandered to hell to increase white voting power in both the SA parliament and the Commonwealth one) as well as Rhodesia, Zambia, Botswana, and Kenya (all in the same situation) as well as Hong Kong and Singapore. India and Nigeria both left, and whilst British Africans are the plurality, gerrymandering and heavy white support for Hong Kong and Singapore allow the mainly white Unionists to generally win out, but a significant element of the Anti-Federalists want to leave to prevent African rule.

credit to graham for inspiring this analogue

Theodore Roosevelt came to power upon the assassination of the conservative William McKinley. The young military man quickly changed course, upsetting those in power while successfully bringing America out of Gilded Age corruption. His rally around the flag moment came upon the attempted German invasion in 1904. Democratic nominee Nelson A. Miles withdrew from the race to support Roosevelt, and his replacement, Governor Pattison, died soon after in the general election campaign. The great success of the Americans in destroying the German navy gave Roosevelt and the National Union alliance a supermajority in both houses of Congress. After an attempted assassination by John Flammang Schrank, the newly christened Bull Moose created a uniquely American democracy with himself as the father of the Second American Revolution. While British Prime Minister Arthur Balfour and Roosevelt had been negotiating to create an Anglo-American Union, his successor Richard Haldane was strongly against integration. Roosevelt retaliated with a short four day war on the Canadian border, ending in a French-brokered cease fire. One year later, America entered a costly nine year battle against Mexico. Initially hoping to annex their southern neighbor, the Mexican resistance (backed by the resurgent Austro-German Union) proved extremely effective. America was even forced to retreat from Baja California. At this time, Roosevelt began to turn his back on imperial Europe, supporting numerous anti-colonial forces in India, the Middle East, and Africa. This made America a pariah amongst the international community, with Britain, France, Russia, and Greater Germany agreeing to boycott American goods. Roosevelt announced his ambitions to unite the continent north and south of the Panama Canal, with several Latin leaders subscribing to his view of a Pan-American Union. At the beginning of the 1930s, America abandoned its chemical weapons programs and stopped backing militants in exchange for Europe withdrawing its sanctions. Soon after, the Western powers stabbed the Bull Moose in the back, supporting rebel movements. With even Kermit Roosevelt admitting that democracy needed to return, internal unrest grew until the Second American Civil War broke out. Roosevelt was quickly thrown out of Washington and brutally killed in the street by rioters. Little did they know that the peace was not to last, for America fell into another civil war soon after. It might only be a matter of time before General Patton marches into Washington for his great return.

2012-: Phil Woolas (Labour majority)
2014: David Davis (People's Movement), Dominic Grieve (Conservative), Nick Clegg (Liberal)

If Woolas had expected the merger with the SDP to provide a return to stable majority government, he was disappointed. The 2014 election, held at the last possible date, returned a Labour majority of 6, and by-elections have whittled it down to 2 in the succeeding two years. All that's saving the Prime Minister from imminent defeat is the disunity of the Opposition, where David Davis' quixotic alliance of rural eurosceptic Tories angry with the end of the Major/Rifkind-era consensus and Northern working-class populists who nearly drove Labour out of the towns in 2014 narrowly snatched Official Opposition status from Grieve's rump Tories. Grieve and Davis continue to refuse to work together, and any putative snap election looks unlikely to return anything other than a hung parliament.
