Going Over The Top: East is East and West is West

It's a classic to be sure.

I suspect in many ways the biggest difference from adjusting the balance between East and West will end up being the post-war landscape when it eventually arrives.

I'm suddenly imagining the size of the "stabbed in the back" myth in a timeline where the German army genuinely isn't beaten in the West.

And what leftist revolutionary movements in that disillusioned West will look like when the realisation dawns that our sons and fathers actually died for Tsar and Country instead.
